Rooted in over 15 years of teaching and living at Ashiyana, I bring a unique mix of deep anatomical knowledge, subtle body work, and lived experience of Goa itself. Beyond the mat, you’ll also experience Goa through the eyes of someone who knows it inside out — from sacred beaches to secret cafés and dance spaces.

  • 07:30 – 10:00 – Morning Practice (Classical Asana + Breath + Movement)
  • 10:00 – 12:00 – Brunch & Free Time
  • 12:00 – 16:00 – Rest, Beach Time, Massages, Journaling
  • 16:30 – 18:00 – Afternoon Practice (Fascial Work, Qigong, Workshops)
  • 18:00 – 19:00 – Sunset Meditation / Beach Walks
  • 19:00 – 20:15 – Dinner
  • 20:30 – 21:15 – Evening Sessions (Yoga Nidra, Sound, Talks, or Music)
